Pete's quote was about one-third the cost, and the quality remained top-notch. The key difference is that big companies often subcontract work, while Pete goes straight to the source. No one is perfect. Had a couple minor details along the way, but nothing unresolvable. For example, one wall needed another coat of paint, and Pete rolled it on himself.
