Bill Mullane was an absolute joy to work with on our basement project. He not only demonstrated great skills, but was able to bring our vision of how we wanted the basement to look like to fruition. He was always kind, considerate and listened to our ideas. He was a fantastic problem solver and his work ethic, completion, and quality was 5/5 stars. We loved working with him and would recommend him without any hesitation.

They were very accommodating , offered ideas to accomplish what I envisioned end result to be. Friendly and enjoyable crew to work with, were respectful , wore masks from when they first arrived into my home and social distance whenever communicating ., that resulted in less stress for me being high risk age for COVID-19 . Completely satisfied with finished work , my family is going to enjoy using basement and I am going to enjoy the warmth that now exists from the amazing job of insulating what was a cold uncomfortable basement before. Would recommend them and use them for future projects.

Bill and Dale have a very high attention to detail, and do an excellent job of keeping things clean as the project progresses. Any construction project is going to be messy, but they keep things very clean and orderly.

Bill did excellent work building my 2-story pole barn (shingled barn with vinyl to match house). I really have no complaints. He is very easy to work with and met all commitments. I would definitely recommend and hire again for future projects.

We renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms at the same time. Mullane Construction was recommended to me. Bill was very responsive and is also a perfectionist. He was quick to make suggestions that would improve the project and was exceptional at explaining things and answering my questions. He was able to handle all aspects of the project, including carpentry, mechanicals, etc. We now have a beautiful new kitchen and two new bathrooms. I would definitely recommend Mullane Construction.

He was very responsive to our needs and dependable. In today's market it's hard to find someone like that so he was good to work with.
