Mike and his team at Allor Contracting did an outstanding job on our basement remodel! Mike was professional, well-spoken, and considerate of our property, taking extra care to lay down drop cloths throughout the workspace. The project involved trimming steel studs to fit a new interior egress window, insulating the area, drywalling, taping and spackling, priming and painting, as well as installing molding throughout the finished basement. Every detail was handled with precision and care. Mike and his team were punctual, non-smoking, and kept the worksite spotless. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to pay by credit card.
