He saved us a ton of $ by repairing just two planks of flooring instead of refinishing the entire floor. You can't even tell the difference now!

The job took longer than expected with extra sanding because of uneven floor due to age 100+ yrs, he did what was necessary. He even adjusted my old wooden cold air return vents because they did not sit level with the flooring; he didn't have to do that for me! Mr. Stephens transformed 300sq ft of hot mess floor and made it look good. I am happy with the result.
