 + -1 moreHe saved us a ton of $ by repairing just two planks of flooring instead of refinishing the entire floor. You can't even tell the difference now!

 + -1 moreThe job took longer than expected with extra sanding because of uneven floor due to age 100+ yrs, he did what was necessary. He even adjusted my old wooden cold air return vents because they did not sit level with the flooring; he didn't have to do that for me! Mr. Stephens transformed 300sq ft of hot mess floor and made it look good. I am happy with the result.
