They removed a portion of dry wall and saw a crack in the foundation. They explained the process of high pressure injection of a sealant. A few days later they returned, a few minutes earlier than scheduled, to do the work. Over several hours they applied the sealant. They tested the foundation for other cracks. They ran water along the foundation to test. The owner and his wife work as a team. They explained the cause, treatment, and what to look for in the future. The cost was $360.
