"Overall, Tom was personable, professional, and he got the job done fairly easily. I trusted his judgment in what kind of mounting hardware to use into the wall -- which was probably the one issue I had with how things went. Mr Handyman only provides their labor; the customer needs to provide ALL materials, which initially was challenging because the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that I had to wait until their guy arrived to even know what parts to get! He said the handyman would tell me what to get, and I'd need to go to the store -- while the guy is at my house -- and get the mounting hardware! (As a side note ... who would leave their house with someone they don't know inside it?). But then when I protested on the phone, he suggested I go to Home Depot and ask them, and get what they suggested (which made me wonder ... I'm hiring them for THEIR knowledge, right??). So my solution, which was the least painful in my mind, was to go to the hardware store and buy multiple different mounting options, and have them available for their guy to choose from (after which, I'll take the ones he didn't use back to the store). The only other point was the price, which, to explain ... Mr Handyman is a bit on the high side, because they charge for a full hour in addition to their service fee, even though Tom was only actually working at my house for about 30-40mins."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Nosh is a true craftsman and an outstanding professional.  He provided a clear quote and stuck to it despite some unforeseen additional expenses.  His craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none.  He and his crew arrived each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up every day.  When more of the old stone was damaged than expected, he made MANY calls around to warehouses and was able to find an exact match to our 9 year old stone!!!  It's not just a match, even...it's the same stone.  It had be sitting in the warehouse for 9 years.  He bought what he needed for the job, advised us to get more for future repairs, and delivered it to our home.  I think we bought everything the warehouse had.  We'll never be able to find that stone again (as many masons have told us previously), but now we won't need to.  Most other contractors just don't put forth that extra effort to do the job right and make the customer happy.
When discussing other potential projects and details, he is very cost conscious while still having an eye on aesthetics.  He even came back after his work was complete to meet with carpenters to provide guidance on working around the remaining poorly installed stone.  We some of the caulking around the base of our backsplash had tiny holes after drying, he came back and fixed them.  We will definitely have Nosh back to repair more of the stone and do other masonry and tiling work.
Nosh has a bit of an accent, but it's really nothing...just a little extra patience when communicating over the phone.  With his skills and experience, this is the expert you want to do your masonry work!  Finding a true and honest craftsman like Nosh is 1 in 10,000 at least.

"If you are looking to complete building projects, especially the addition of a deck, do yourself a favor and look NO further! John and his team are exceptional! The quality of work was very impressive as they have been in the business for a great deal of time. Their work is very precise, meticulous and all this also comes with a competitive price. "Rob and his crew were excellent. We were referred to Rob from some friends of ours. We hired him because we had seen his work from our friend's kitchen so we felt comfortable with the quality of the work. We hired Rob to fully remodel 2 bathrooms in a home we recently purchased. The bathrooms were extremely outdated so both of them were gut jobs down to the sub-floor and framing. 1st Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New electrical was done to re-position lights. A new bathtub and surround was installed. A new toilet was installed, as well as new vanity along with new floor tile, drywall, and painting. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. 2nd Bathroom: Complete removal of everything existing. New tiled shower surround, new toile, and new vanity were installed. All drywall was replaced and painting was done. All fixtures and mirrors were replaced as well. My favorite part about Rob is his attention to detail and interest in the quality of his work. If a paint line wasn't straight enough the first time, he would re-do it. He even used a small paint brush for models to touch up one area to get it just right! We has recently had all our floors refinished, and Rob took the time to cut and install RamBoard on all flooring to make sure there was no damage. When there were surprises that came up (as there is with ANY job like this) Rob didn't get dramatic and act like it was the end of the world, he would get the part and fix it and explain to us what needed to be done. I really appreciated his professionalism and quality work. We will definitely use Rob again when we do future remodel jobs."
