If you consider they had ground the paint of the cinder-block wall, drilled four inch holes in the cinder-block and back filled the holes with cement that was remarkable. Afterwards they cleaned up and left the basement in a very clean state put everything back where it was. Only time will tell on how well the carbon fiber straps hold up to the pressures of nature against the walls but, Russell made us feel very confident in the process and the carbon fiber straps ability to hold up over the years to hold the walls in their current state."

"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart.
