The camera was run through the line, and received a free diagnosis and estimate. KSJ crew removed houses old cracked and shifted cast iron Main Sewage line and replaced it with 33 feet of new straight 4 inch PVC... work was completed in one day, time on site was 5 hours. (Note that all Jobs and work times are different) I would not hesitate to call the KSJ (LLC) Plumbing crew in the future for any and all of my plumbing issues and needs. Period. You have a central office that then sends the various handyman out, they have various people that go out and do they work for them, but the office and the guy had to go out to eat. He called not only the day before the service to remind me, then he called the day of the service to see how it was going, and then the day after to see if everything was to my satisfaction. They have a nice central office."
