"Overall, Wallside Windows did a good job (but there is room for improvement). Major upside of going with Wallside was promotional 0% interest loan for 6 years. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, replacing all the windows in a 7-hour period. However, the cost of such speed was large, obvious caulk lines on the exterior of the windows / new aluminum (too large of lines for my taste, could have been much neater lines), and left behind debris (e.g., at least 20 pieces of glass, screws, aluminum material). I would hire Wallside again, but would like them to consider hiring one additional person for cleanup so install crew can focus more on installing and cleanup person can continuously pick up old materials during the process."

Specifically, the clean look of the fiberglass and composite construction eliminates face screws, improves the glass to solid ratio, and vastly improves the insulation quality, while offering choices of color that is inherent to the material and not painted on. The contracting and engineering teams are polite, professional and knowledgeable. In our installation, we cooperated on the installation, permit, and building inspection and did so seamlessly. "Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."
