My name is Raquel, and I have over 12 years of professional cleaning experience. I began my career cleaning schools, where I learned the importance of attention to detail, consistency, and maintaining safe, sanitary environments. I later worked in hospitals, where I gained experience following strict cleaning and disinfection protocols and providing high-quality sanitation in healthcare settings.\n\nAfter years of building my skills and reputation, I started my own cleaning company. I’ve proudly owned and operated my business for the past four years, providing reliable residential and commercial cleaning services. My mission is to help clients enjoy clean, healthy, and stress-free spaces while delivering dependable service they can trust.\n\nHighlight my professionalism, strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and passion for exceeding customer expectations. Make the introduction inspiring, personable, and trustworthy, so potential clients feel confident choosing my business.

I'm 23 years old, I have a daughter, my parents are ex-military so they were very strict about the definition of cleanliness, I have cleaned people's homes from where it looked like there was no hope of entering with a never ending stench all the way back to a beautiful smelling home that's presentable to anyone. Every time I clean someone's home they always compliment my services and always seem shocked at how amazing I do and I can accommodate to each and every household based off of what each household does and doesn't allow in their homes. For instance if a service requires that they don't want me to use any harsh chemical cleaners in their home (for instance bleach) I can obtain plant based alternative cleaners for that specific job. I'm also told I have a very open and warming personality and approach but I can't prove that unless I'm hired for the job. But I would love to help clean your home or even fully renew it together. Don't hesitate to reach out, I'll be happy to help!

Chimney Sweep questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on the extent of damage, material restoration, labor, and emergency service requirements.

Restoration involves assessing damage, cleaning, deodorizing, repairing structures, and replacing damaged items, following a detailed and systematic approach.

Yes, a bowl of vinegar can absorb smoke. If you want to use this method to reduce the smoke smell in your house, all you have to do is leave a bowl (or multiple bowls) of white vinegar out overnight. Alternatively, you can use bowls of baking soda, coffee grounds, or activated charcoal.

In many cases, homeowners insurance covers smoke damage remediation, but coverage depends on the cause of the damage and the specifics of your policy. Typically, damage from a house fire, wildfire, or even a fire in a neighboring home is covered. However, damage from cigarette smoke is generally not covered.

Before filing a claim, review your policy to understand what is covered, such as restoration costs, replacement of damaged items, and temporary relocation. It's crucial to document all damage thoroughly, including to furniture and personal belongings. Contact your insurance provider promptly to start the claim process and get an evaluation before hiring professionals. Your insurer may also provide a list of approved smoke remediation companies to streamline the process.

In most cases, yes, a fire-damaged house can be repaired. The only exception would be if a house fire leads to major structural damage. In that case, it might be faster and more affordable to knock down the house and start from scratch. In most cases, though, repairs are possible with help from a professional.
