"The owner Jesse and his team assessed the job and spent the late day and evening to ensure the job was done right. My wife and I prior to Jesse, had bats above and four mice trapped. It was time to rid them from our home permanently. Jesse spent time prior to the work to fully explain in detail. He and his team were professional from start to end of the job. "We have just spent THOUSANDS of dollars repairing our log home due to ant damage. We used ERADICO PEST CONTROL (now ERLICH PEST CONTROL) for almost 10 years, thinking their products were keeping our home free of pests. Obviously, their treatment is not effective; however, Eradico/Erlich claims no responsibility and refuses to pay even part of the damages. Our service person was a nice young woman, but certainly not an "expert." Even when we called the Traverse City, Michigan office, they never sent a qualified technician to evaluate and advise. DON'T use this company for your insect problems!! ."

"Damien provided great service and was great to work with. He worked 2-1/2 hours and sealed several entry points where the bat may have entered. Included minor material costs. There was no clean up of bat droppings inside, so we were told that there didn't appear to be an infestation. One year warranty. $1,567!! Enough said."

"Just okay. Very responsive in coming out to give me a quote, but I didn't hear from them after the job was sold - I had to call their office three days later to find out when they were coming. I then got a text from the salesman saying they'd be out at the end of the following week, much later than I'd wanted them there since the birds had begun nesting in the soffit again. Also expensive - about $500 for a job that took literally 15 minutes - about $80 of that was for the plastic cap they put over the soffit. Not a lot of companies do birds, though, so I went with this one."
