First off, since they were sold to Rose, they insisted to charge for spring & fall springs in the spring. Second, the prices went way up. Third, we had more spiders after the spraying. Fourth, when I called and asked them to come back (Colliers would always offer this at no charge), they said the biology of spiders is too difficult to really guarantee anything. I will never use them again. Horrible.

Came when he said he would, did his work and checked in before he left.

Needed to call them back a second time but they only applied their spray outside the cottage instead of inside where it was needed the most.

Outstanding. when I called, the rep was polite and scheduled an exterminator to come out the next day. He arrived when scheduled and immediately recognized the insect as a nest of hornets in the fireplace exhaust pipe. The representative was very nice and explained exactly what he was doing. He also explained the life cycle of the hornets, which I found very interesting. He completed the work quicker than I would have anticipated, and gave me an invoice that was what was provided over the phone when I scheduled the service. The representative was very knowledgeable and courteous and I was very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area who needs pest control.

When I called for an estimate I was given a price less than I had paid another service last year. Last year the company had to come back for another nest and I had to pay another $125. Colliers offered for $25 more for just the removal of bees, to do my entire house for removal of all pests including spiders and other insects that like to come in the house. They sprayed and wiped down the webs and signs of insect activity. The provider was courteous and explained all services rendered.

Collier's Pest Control is very good and very honest. He's wonderful to work with. The guy was extremely responsive. He beats everybody else's price. They're really good. He has a service that was unbelievable. Anything that's bothersome around the house left these last few months. He has a heavy duty sprayer and he sprayed 30 gallons of chemicals all around. My house is totally insect-free for three to four months. I have none of these problems ever. He came and spent about two hours when I was complaining about the mouse. He checked everywhere in the house. He's so honest and he's so punctual. He was so unbelievably inexpensive for what he does.

Requested no chemicals so they dug it up and took it to their truck to spray it. Nest came back; repeated job for free. Said next time would have to charge. Seemed reasonable.

Everything went fine.

Exterminator was knowledgeable and explained the type of ant and what they do to cause damage. He sprayed the entire house inside and out, using a product that was safe enough to inhale indoors.

We've had Collier's spray our property for many years. They also treat for ants, spiders, etc. Tried someone else for a couple of years but are much happier with Collier's service and professionalism.
