I am super disappointed with this company. They say they stand by their 2 application preventive house spray but if you need them because their preventive spray did not protect against ants, you will be put on a schedule for when it is convenient to them & the weather. I have been living with ants all over my kitchen for 2 weeks now (gorgeous weather… but they couldn’t fit us into their schedule). Today I was supposed to get help, finally, & it rained this morning so they canceled my appointment (NO rain this afternoon!) so am now pushed into next week for “IF” it works out. Meanwhile I have blown money on this company thinking they would take care of us as they have done for the past 8 years. Going on 3 weeks with ants in our home is not taking care of us. They say there is nothing they can do but they are wrong. You take care of your long standing customers & don’t shove them aside.

Called Chemical Control and they answered my call right away and we set up an appointment.
They came to the house on the scheduled day and time and sprayed the areas I specified excluding the areas where I did not
want sprayed. They were very accommodating.
They sprayed for ants, spiders and webs, wasps, mosquitoes and bees. They treated house, garage and Lot Line to Lot Line avoiding the vegetable garden. Very professional and I would use them again.

On arriving at my cottage, I found a sizable yellow jacket nest inside the door of my 8' X 16' shed. I am allergic to stings, so I began calling exterminators. Starting with a web search, I found Orkin and Terminix, who said they would call back with a quote. Critter Control said they don't do insect exterminations. I then went to the Yellow Pages and called Chemical Control, whose ad promised "Senior Savings." (I am 65+.) They had a man in the neighborhood, so, after asking for a price estimate ($50-75) I agreed to have him come. Bree arrived about 15 minutes later and, after we chatted for a few minutes, he got right to work. He clearly knew what he was doing, and he did a very thorough job on the nest. He stayed long enough to explain everything that he had done and what we could expect over the next few hours, as workers returned to the now absent nest. He also said he raises organic vegetables and so is careful with chemical applications. The bill was $45.00. ($50 minus 10% Senior Saver discount.) I haven't seen a live yellow jacket since. I am very satisfied with the work and recommend the company highly.

They do a great job every year. We are very pleased with their service. They spray for wasps and spiders. They are very reasonable compared to other people.
