"I like the service, and they know what they are talking about."

"Danielle bent over backwards to assist us! I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them for other projects!"

"The technicians did a great job on the installation of the solar panels and the equipment that goes along with the panels. They were total professionals! They were also instrumental in getting everything up and running the way it should. Custom Home Service did a great job taking care of the details, and always had time for any of our questions. They did a great job!!"

"They were easy to work with especially over the phone because I don't live in the state of Michigan anymore so it's always a tedious task finding a company that will be willing to work with somebody that's out of state. So it was nice to have them be able to work with me, very easy."

"It turned out good. It took them a long time to get the gift card to me but other than that everything went fine. Every time I talked to somebody I would tell them it's an Angie's List Big Deal and I think that some place along the line somebody didn't  pay attention to that. I don't know if there's a commission involved on the other end or something, so I had to call back two or three times to get it all finished up and get the gift card and I think they even had to have a refund. It was a little bit of a hustle. It took a lot of time for the right person to get what I needed."

"The price wasn't the lowest -Their service was fine, but the job they did was ok."

"I'm not sure this is the correct place for this review - we did use Benjamin Franklin plumbing, but it was their Howell, MI location. We had an issue with our sump pump and it was right before the major rain/ice storm (of course, Murphy's Law). Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber the next day, and we were very thankful for this. The plumber that assessed our sump pump issue, Kevin, was very professional and very competent. The only thing is, Benjamin Franklin's pricing is indeed high. With this said, we'll definitely be calling and requesting Kevin for future plumbing issues."
