KOSIN'S GLASS

After one of our Pella doorwall glass panels was shattered during a recent windstorm, I called KOSIN 'S GLASS. For an estimate. Zack and John happened to be on another job in the area. They arrived shortly after I made the initial call, took some measurements, explained the replacement process and provided an estimate. Their response was prompt, courteous and professional. After seeing how KOSIN'S GLASS treats their customer, they had our business. After the dual pane, insulated, glass was manufactured, I received a call advising me they had the glass,and wanted to set up an installation time. John arrived on time removed the shattered glass, and installed the new glass. He explained what he did, how to care for the newly installed glass, cleaned the area and removed any glass that had dropped. He worked on a drop cloth to ensure that our deck was spotless. The whole installation took about an hour. KOSIN'S GLASS provided excellent service. In my opinion, they are serious about customer satisfaction....and it shows. They are the only glass company that I will consider for our future glass needs.
