Quality Outdoor Services came in and rescued a horrible job that was started by a contractor I had to fire. Shawn(the owner) and a small crew came in and saved a bad attempt to install sod and added new sod just to get us by until we could get on their schedule. Shawn designed a beautiful complete makeover of our pool area along with completing the side yards. A huge multi level paver patio with many new beds, and an assortment of plantings, have turned our yard into a showcase far exceeding our expectations. If you are building a new home, or need help with your existing yard, give Shawn a call at Quality Outdoor Services. His crews show up at their scheduled times and all his employees are very focused on doing quality work. It was a joy to watch them turn an ugly and neglected yard into a beautiful landscape!

Quality Outdoor Services were able to complete my job with quick turn around once they started. The were professional and a pleasure to work with.

Shawn and Jason spent a great deal of time coming up with a solution to run off and erosion significant erosion. sommunication was excellent. This job included installation of drains and drywell as well as regrading. Work was done quickly and clean up was managed effectively. While price was significantly higher than the competetor's bid, I am confident that the solution offerred by the competetor would have been ineffective.

Shaun is great to work with, super responsive and proactive throughout our large project for a new home. Quality work all around.

Shawn is very easy to work with. He communicates frequently about the weather conditions and what I can expect his crew to do. They're on-time, and have quickly adapted to any suggestions I've made. I'll use them again.

He did a great job on grading my driveway and adding stone. He also made areas for better drainage so my driveway didn't wash out after heavy rain. Great job.

These guys were awesome. I had the craziest yet small project that I considered doing by myself but I lacked the heavy equipment needed. Shawn was great, he listened to what I wanted and made it happen. His crew built some retaining fieldstone flower beds with existing material on sight and graded my circus of a yard into a useable play space for our toddler. We will definitely be hiring them again for “phase 2” of our landscaping.

Very good experience dealing with Shawn, Jason and the rest of the crew. Shawn was up front about his heavy schedule, but managed to fit my project in earlier than expected. Jason had a really good suggestion on altering my edging plan and Shawn offered good advice on the design and planning. They were able to move 18 yards of rock and topsoil without damage to my yard or driveway. The work looks great

HOLY SMOKE! Shawn and his crew from Quality Outdoor Services worked a complete miracle with my front yard. They listened to exactly what I had in mind and did everything I asked - and more! The quality was superior and the price was more than fair. I can't wait to have them tackle a few more projects I have.

The owner, Shawn, and his crew did a superior job on our front yard. It came out way better than we could have imagined. They were all professional and courteous. They price was the best one we received. Not only would we recommend them but if we ever need any other work done we would have them all back in a heartbeat. Great job!!!!

The guys at QOS did an awsome job on my backyard patio and the landscape it came out better than I would have ever imagined. The neighborhood like it so much they did a few other places. The price was one of the best I got , they finished on time and were very curteous, I would use them for anything.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER-SHAWN RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY ANYTIME I HAD A QUESTION. HE WAS WILLING TO COME BACK OUT AND TALK ABOUT THE REVISIONS I WANTED TO MAKE. HIS EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAD EVERYTHING LOOKING NEAT AND CLEAN THROUGHOUT THE JOB. I ALSO THINK THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THEY RECOMMENDED TO KEEP SOME OF THE PLANTS I WAS THINKING ABOUT REPLACING.

This company is top notch! The guys are a great bunch and just a pleasure to have around. They take their time to do it right and they have pride in their work. I am very excited to use this patio with my friends and family and will recommend them to anyone. True professionals great follow through with Hiram again

We hired Quality Outdoor Services for our landscaping project after obtaining 3 quotes from landscaping companies in our area that we found on HomeAdvisor. My first compliment goes to HomeAdvisor, in that all 3 of the landscaping companies were very respectable and showed up when they said they would to provide a quote. We chose Quality Outdoor Services for several reasons, but the primary reasons came down to the initial accuracy and completeness of the quote and great response to us as the customer. Shawn provided an accurate quote the first time he came out and then willingly came back to measure an area a second time to make sure he was correct when I had a question. He always provided a timely and polite response to my questions via E-Mail or text. He scheduled our job approximately a week in advance and met that commitment which was very appreciated since I planned a vacation day to be home for the job. On the day of the job, Shawn showed up first thing in the morning with his polite and professional team members Tom and Tyler. They accomplished everything that was planned in one day and also offered us advice on some additional pop up drains that were recommended and were able to fit that into the job as well. I had several existing plants that I wanted dug up and put aside for me to plant later. They not only dug them up and set them aside for me, but put some top soil over them to protect them until I could get them in the ground. They were also very patient as I changed my mind a few times on what should be planted where. Shawn was very generous with the preen and mulch for the beds. He even left us with a complimentary spray bottle of weed killer for the Spring in the event any weeds pop through come Spring. That was thoughtful! In summary, I was very pleased with the landscaping job and it felt good to write Quality Outdoor Services a check for their services. I watered my plants all weekend and admired the work. I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a professional and reliable landscape Company.

Shawn and his entire crew were awesome. Shawn was out to do estimate within days of our call. He was polite, confident, professional and reasonably priced! He was here when he said he would be and brought a crew big enough to complete a large job in just 3 days, (with stormy afternoon weather) one of the days. Did everything he said he would and more. In would highly recommend them

These guys really care for the job they perform in your property; they take care of every single detail and most importantly they honored everything they compromised with. Shawn understood just what I wanted, designed and built a beautiful wall to line my new walkway. Thanks to all the guys at Quality Outdoor services!
