"I gave a 4 for value for money as I have nothing to compare it to. It cost $9K to drill troughs, enlarge sump with 2 separate drain lines through foundation 10â into yard, battery backup and alarm in my 8x8 crawl space/Michigan basement. Steve, Tom & Dakary worked tirelessly to get the job done right in this challenging old home with access to crawl space under staircase to 2nd floor! They were friendly, professional and left the house spotless when done. I highly recommend this crew, VERY hard working and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks guys!"

"The guys that came out to install my egress window were well trained and skilled. They got the job done in less than a day and cleaned up after themselves. The window passed township inspection and it appears as though it will handle water drainage appropriately. The supervisor addressed an issue that arose and resolved it quickly and professionally and to the satisfaction of all parties. I would recommend this company."

"Actually they did a super job installing brick pavers in my yard a couple of years ago. Additionally, in the summer of 2013 I had a cement drive poured which abutted to the pavers. Joe's guy Paul came out to reset the pavers and level them correctly with the new driveway. Joe didn't charge me....so at Christmas I sent him two $50 gift cards to Outback Steakhouse as a thanks for the summer work. I didn't even get an acknowledgement, which is okay.
This fall I wanted an estimate for the front (as stated above). I sent him a text message with my request but did not get a response. I sent an email and no response. Left a voice mail and still nothing, so I went with another installer and LOVE what he did.
I eventually did get a call with an apology that he delegated to one of his crew members. Joe Todaro does do excellent work but lost this job over a lack of communication."
