"It went very well. Terry came out quickly to get the lines marked so we were not delayed with putting up the fence. I am very glad we hired him. We were given a plot survey from the company that was putting our fence in and they were off by up to 5 feet around all four neighboring properties. If we had not hired a professional, like Terry, we could have been sued and would be tearing down our fence. GET A PROFESSIONAL SURVEY- it can save you a lot of time and money down the road."

In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Building a road on a slope requires careful planning and will normally require a drainage system underneath to prevent flooding and damage to the road over time.
