"It went very well. Terry came out quickly to get the lines marked so we were not delayed with putting up the fence. I am very glad we hired him. We were given a plot survey from the company that was putting our fence in and they were off by up to 5 feet around all four neighboring properties. If we had not hired a professional, like Terry, we could have been sued and would be tearing down our fence. GET A PROFESSIONAL SURVEY- it can save you a lot of time and money down the road."

If you don’t have the necessary knowledge to interpret the symbols, abbreviations, and other notations used, blueprints may not make sense. Learning to read blueprints can help you understand the construction process and keep you more involved and informed when you’re building a house.

To prepare for a land survey, you must thoroughly check your land surveyor’s qualifications, reviews, and fees to align with your expectations.
