The DO NOT honor their warranty! They also installed the furnace incorrectly the first time and it took a week to get it corrected. They had an UNLICENSED service employee install the system which is why there were problems with the install. The install almost flooded my home and they fought me everyday I contacted them with issues. If I could delete my previous review, I would in a heartbeat but I cannot which is why I am writing this review. I will be contacting BBB as well as the Chamber of Commerce to report this company. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!"

They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say."
