We are a small, family-owned business, that does an eclectic blend of services broken into four categories: Technology, Furniture Refinishing, Moving/Delivery, and Taxi/Rideshare Services. The Ramshackle name refers to the blend of services and not the quality. Our technology services come with 15 years experience in the public, private, and enterprise. These include computer and networking support. My wife, Kelly, is a magician with furniture restoration and refinishing. iCare Phone Repair can fix all types of smartphones and tablets including iPhones, iPads, iPods, Samsung, HTC, Motorola, LG, Amazon, Asus, and more. We offer a 90-day warranty on our parts and labor. Repairs are done within the day, usually 30 minutes or less.

"I made a detailed complaint on 05/08/18 because i had heard nothing about the progress of phone expect for that an employee was fired on the day i dropped it off and therefore for 2 weeks it sat in the office rather than being sent out as i had paid for a repair. I haven't heard anything about the progress and its been weeks and well over their 3-4 week time frame for completing the job. after not hearing back from you all for over a month i made complaints on 05/08/18 on Yelp, BBB, and your site I received a call stating a manager would have my phone 05/09/2018 and was back and repaired so i could pick it up on 05/09/2018. On my way to pick up the phone, I called to make sure it was really there (being that this company has given me **** and cant be trusted) when i called they had no idea what i was talking about and said no phone was in the office and I would be called back. after the employee did some research he found that my phone wasn't picked up on 05/09/18 as i had been told it would and that he needed to find it. I waited another day and called back, i was told on 05/11/18 that the phone actually wasn't repaired at all and that i could come get it because it now (all of a sudden) cant be fixed at all. all this after being told just the day before that it was ready and all they needed to do was pick it up. now i have no phone at all and honestly for all i know it was broken by you all to the extent where it cant be fixed because i have a voicemail from YOUR employee saying"your phone is ready and were picking it up ini the morning." i want my phone back and the money i paid for my service from you all. this was gross negligence on a number of parts. your company has been unorganized and lacked the proper communication. I also have saved the voicemails where i am told one thing and then you all change it up completely. I am not going to let this go until my issue is resolved and i am made whole again. I have contacted you all numerous times and it won't stop until you do right by me."
