Meeting went well. Talked through the process and answered questions. Received lower rating in one area because arrived 20 minutes late with no phone call indicating being held up by prior job. Otherwise, pleased.

After 2 repair visits by another company when both repair people "man-splained" and didn't fix the problem, I called Jenks. They came out the same day (12/22/17) and left only after the problem was completely fixed. The repair person was great! He was very respected and was a good listener. He quickly diagnosed the problem that the others had missed. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. As a result my furnace is now fully functioning and heating my house better than ever! I strongly recommend them!

They are kind of slow on their billing service. They need to be more responsive, get to the job when they say they will.

It went very well.  I was able to get appointments around my work schedule.  Jason explained everything and really assisted in removing the sink cabinet.  Offered advice on type of new toilet and tiling the floor around toilet flange.

One water line runs directly beneath a light socket and thus rests on the light bulb. This plumber did not connect the exterior spigot to the water supply. Other water lines run directly across the floor joists instead of following their original path, literally cutting corners to save a foot of copper pipe. In addition to all of these issues, 1/2" pipe was used instead of 3/4".  A truely appalling job.

It was a small company. They did a really good job. In fact I think he underbid himself because he was a lot lower than anybody else. They did exactly what they said they were going to do in a short amount of time. They did a good job and I didn't have to call them back. The next closest estimate was $1,800. When I went to pay him he asked if that was all they charged and I said yes so he was true to his word. They did a real good job.

Replace lifter pump first in 2002. Failed and replaced in 2006. Determined first pump should have been under warranty. Company would not return calls when asked to research warranty. Second pump failed in 2007. When company notified and informed of failure company refused to answer at least six telephone calls. Eventually had pump replaced by a second company.
