"I was in need of emergency ( fastest appointment possible) electrical upgrade of fuse box. It was winter and my water pipes were also in danger without my furnace functioning along with too cold to be inside my home. Time was of the essence and literally costing me $ by the day. Brian ( the professional handling my service) arrived in 2 days while all the other companies I contacted could not provide service for 6 weeks. He was professional, proficient, knowledgeable, and such a relief that my problems were solved and in working order in just 3 hours time starting with inspection of service needed, collecting all materials need for service, and service itself. Saving me alot of money daily to preserve my home from damage and daily living arrangements. I would absolutely hire again! Thank you I appreciate you! Elizabeth Roberts"

"We got quoted to add a bathroom and small bedroom in our basement. In the contract, it said it would take 4 weeks to finish the job, with a stated number of hours worked per week that they never came close to acheiving. Most days they either didn't show up, or only worked a couple hours. They often said they would show up in the morning, and would cancel or not show up til around noon. They installed a shower with the walls on the wrong side and numerous other problems. They didn't even know that the water line for the toilet goes on the left side, not the right. They built a wall that they said would be flush to the existing wall, and was flush at one end, with a 1 inch gap at the other. Their plan for putting in an egress window was completely stupid. And they wanted to put in a 5 inch riser for a sanipro toilet, when there was not supposed to be one. A quick youtube search showed the proper way to install it. They told us they didn't need to pull permits. We were later told by the inspector that they should have and he recommended that we contact a lawyer because their work was completely unacceptable. We fired them after 2 weeks, he kept the down payment money that we gave him, and we have to pay another contractor to fix their work and finish the job."

"Horrible company to work with. Management is disorganized and incompetent. Workers just showed up anytime of the day. Worked a few hours and left. They weren't told what to do by the owner and sometimes didn't have the proper equipment. I had to explain what needed to be done every time for 13 day visits after I had already communicated this with the owner. Should have been a 5 day job. What did I hire them for? Owner treated my concerns with disrespect because I had to keep managing their workers after talking with her. Do not hire. Very unprofessional. Many companies out there that would do a professional job and treat the customer and their property with respect. I have been hiring for work on my homes for 40 years and never have I come across such an incompetent company. Do not work with this company. They had to borrow ladders, rags, razor blades, and drop cloths from me. Damaged my brick veneer with a wire brush so bad I had to file an insurance claim. Paint sprayed all over half my deck floor, down the steps, and all over the support beams. Will be nothing but headaches and property damage if you hire this company."
