"I would give negative stars if it were possible. This company made promises on timing for my bathroom remodels and once they did start, 4 months after the date they had agreed upon on in the contract, the plumbing work resulted in a flood which damaged the ceiling in my family room. I had to hire a qualified plumbing company to come in finish the rough in plumbing to ensure it was done right. I tried to cancel many times but they kept encouraging me to continue. They refused to refund any of my deposit and to date they have not contacted me to share how they will compensate me to get the ceiling replaced. This has been a nightmare and this company has many issues with their staffing and how they conduct and do business. Reaching someone on the phone seems impossible and the owner seems to have no care or concern about the reputation of this company - they have not trouble walking away after having caused damage to our home."

"Horrible company to work with. Management is disorganized and incompetent. Workers just showed up anytime of the day. Worked a few hours and left. They weren't told what to do by the owner and sometimes didn't have the proper equipment. I had to explain what needed to be done every time for 13 day visits after I had already communicated this with the owner. Should have been a 5 day job. What did I hire them for? Owner treated my concerns with disrespect because I had to keep managing their workers after talking with her. Do not hire. Very unprofessional. Many companies out there that would do a professional job and treat the customer and their property with respect. I have been hiring for work on my homes for 40 years and never have I come across such an incompetent company. Do not work with this company. They had to borrow ladders, rags, razor blades, and drop cloths from me. Damaged my brick veneer with a wire brush so bad I had to file an insurance claim. Paint sprayed all over half my deck floor, down the steps, and all over the support beams. Will be nothing but headaches and property damage if you hire this company."
