We like to see the plumbing concern to accurately diagnose a flat rate. This includes weekends, evening and holidays. Our desire is to be your plumber of choice. We strongly believe in 100% customer satisfaction! We do provide a follow up call after service so if you have any concerns with the work or price you can express to us so we can quickly address any concerns. I did attempt to find your work order so we could review the rate charged. I could not find a work order under your name or on the date you noted above. We completed 4 tasks at your home and we were able to complete it quicker than expected because our Plumber had an apprentice with him that day. We absolutely did not charge you for 2 technicians.
