"I just pay $75 you never know who's going to come out. They do everything electrical. Just about everything is covered except the septic tank. I had an air conditioner replaced. It went great, all I had to do was pay for the freon. He didn't charge e more than what was needed."

"Kase did our new home inspection as well as the well/septic for the home we were selling. He was on time, professional and extremely pleasant to work with. If you anticipate having high water usage in the future, it’s often better to drill slightly deeper and give yourself a bit more water storage than you need.

A septic tank with a 1,500-gallon capacity is good for larger homes with up to 6 or 7 bedrooms. The average home can go with a smaller tank, about 1,000 gallons, which supports a home size of up to 2,500 square feet, or a home with about three bedrooms.

You can check your own septic tank, but take precautions. Locate the access lid, usually buried a few inches underground, and remove it carefully. You should never park or drive on top of a septic field. Vehicles can weigh upwards of two tons, and this weight can put a lot of pressure on the leach lines in the drain field. Too much pressure on your leach lines may cause them to warp, crack, or completely burst. This is an expensive and very avoidable problem.
