"Oh my goodness! The whole process could not have gone smoother. I was a little nervous about hiring someone but when Henry (I think that was his name) showed up he gave me an estimate to remove the tree and to grind the stump and since it seemed like a fair price so I decided then and there to have A 1 do the work. I did as much research as I could before calling around and one of the things that leaned me to go towards A 1 is because they are donors for The Special Olympics. This is a population of people that I work with and I like being able to support someone who supports these wonderful people. "Hire Dean Parks if almost done right is what you are looking for. They did respond quickly and showed up on time. They did not however finish the job to my satisfaction, specifically they left a 20' section of 3' to 4' icicles hanging from our gutters, called it good, and asked to be paid in full. The section where they left icicles hanging is where we experienced leakage and damage to the interior ceilings. When I talked to Dean he said "Oh they weren't done yet." So if you want someone who will quit 15 minutes from being done, who asks to be paid in full, and never returns, then go with Dean"
