As a last ditch effort before bulldozing my home or filling my basement in with stone and making it a crawl space, I called EverDry of Michiana and to my surprise, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I live in an area with a very high water table and keeping water out is a major issue. The install was almost effortless on my part. I had some issues later and was very pleased that EverDry honored their promise to come back out and do what needed to be done (like adding more finger drains) to keep the water table below my floor. "Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. They explained all they had done and how each control worked. And best of all, they left the basement super clean after the work was done. Well done, guys, and well done FSM. "Russell was great to work with. He gave us a few options and explained how each would work. We chose the carbon fiber straps. Russell's crew came over and installed 15 carbon fiber straps in about 10 hours. With some light clean up the next day. They used plastic sheeting to wall off the work area and used lots of canvas runners on the floor. This effort lead to little or no dust in the house while they did there work. If you consider they had ground the paint of the cinder-block wall, drilled four inch holes in the cinder-block and back filled the holes with cement that was remarkable. Afterwards they cleaned up and left the basement in a very clean state put everything back where it was. Only time will tell on how well the carbon fiber straps hold up to the pressures of nature against the walls but, Russell made us feel very confident in the process and the carbon fiber straps ability to hold up over the years to hold the walls in their current state."

"We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. "I went to their place of business, with pictures of the items to be done.  They gave me a quote and agreed to come out the next day.  He called and came early.  He completed the work (which has held.), but he said it took longer than anticipated and charged us an additional $20.  Two of the unions were behind a tub fixture.  After he left we noticed that he had twisted the fixture and one handle stuck out farther than the other and the tub and shower faucets were slightly crooked.  Now apparently with newer fixtures you can screw the cover at the wall on tightly and it will adjust for the problem, but this was an older fixture and those covers are loose.  We called him back and asked him to fix the problem.  He did tell us to screw it on tightly, but we informed him that was not possible with this fixture.  Then he said he couldn't verify that the fixture wasn't that way when he started so he would not fix it.  I had looked at his reviews on YELP before calling him and gave him benefit of the doubt when he said he would have resolved other customers concerns had he known, but now that seems unlikely.
