"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. "Valerie and Bob called ahead to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time at around 8:20am and got right to work. Valerie spent nearly the entire morning outside on the roof (in freezing cold weather) upgrading our mast, power-meter, meter-socket and installing the 30amp outlet for the generator. Bob worked in the basement removing the old panel and getting the connections labeled. He then mounted the new box and together they got the new wires routed through the wall of the house and sealed the openings. They were professional and worked hard to get the job done. Bob left a little earlier and Val stayed until after 5:00pm to make sure it was completed.
