Friendly, helpful, informative, good attention to detail, respectful of the needs of my household, good clean-up, good follow-up, competitively priced, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't really need.

When wolverine came out, it turned out we needed more work done than initially thought. We had a new weather head installed, new electrical panel, meter, and wiring going from the meter to the panel. The work was done very well and quick. The only issue we experienced is after getting done, we were told to wait for a city inspector to come out and once he gave it the go ahead, consumers energy would turn the power back on. Turns out nobody scheduled an inspector. Thankfully the line technician from consumers energy hooked our power back up anyway, otherwise we would have had no power in a home with two senior citizens in extremely high temperatures for 3-4 days (Friday-Monday). We have an inspector supposed to be here on Tuesday now, so we'll see how it goes from there.

Friendly, caring and professional, Ariel, Spencer and Tory worked very hard and efficiently for our HOA. We will continue to seek the help we need from Wolverine.

Of the three quotes I received for my project, Wolverine was the highest. I hired them because after meeting with them I felt they most understood what I was trying to accomplish. They were respectful to my home and family, stayed focused on the job while maintaining a sense of humor (laughed at my bad jokes). In the end they completed the job successfully and went beyond to solve some other issues I had, but were not part of this project. I got my monies worth and then some. I would and will hire them again.

Great customer service

Original plan was to take down a large chandelier and replace it with another one. After calling multiple electricians who did not want the job, or wanted to schedule later than I needed the service to be done, Torie at Wolverine Electrical contacted me. He had an opening for an estimate that day. Plans changed and I needed him to install the new chandelier in a different area. He did it that very day! It looks great and I am so pleased that this was accomplished with such speed.

The guys were really nice and knowledgeable, neat and helpful. They offered to come back if we needed any help, which we did not. It was nice the company did a follow up to see if everything was well.

They did the work as promised in a timely manner. There price was better than three other quotes. They were easy to talk to and weâ re very responsive to questions. They actually came and looked at what we needed, others did not.
