"Ron arrived on time. Installed gutter guards, installed a door in rear of garage, and took care of some posts on front porch. Also went out of his way to help me remove a screen door, so the refrigerator that was being delivered would fit through door. He and his crew did a great job, cleaned up nicely. Will definitely use Malosh services again."

"Owner Rich and his entire staff were most courteous and professional contractor Iâ ve ever hired. My project started with an insurance claim from a flooded basement and turned into a custom built bar, completely redone basement , and added I. New countertops and backsplash for the kitchen . From the start Rich helped us design and pick what we needed, he planned it out , and his team followed every detail of the plan flawlessly . His two contractors Justin and Kyle couldnâ t have been more professional . The six weeks at my house you could barely tell they were there , even bringing daily treats for our puppy . Trademark was referred by two local Friends that also were very satisfied with their work . I would highly recommend , and if I need more work in the future it would be a no brainer to use them again ."

"I hired Rico to power wash my driveway and sidewalks before the house was put up for sale. He arrived on time and worked steadily. The drive had been badly stained black by leaves over the years and was a real challenge. The stains were gone and the pictures turned out great. Thank you Rico!"
