"Ron arrived on time. Installed gutter guards, installed a door in rear of garage, and took care of some posts on front porch. Also went out of his way to help me remove a screen door, so the refrigerator that was being delivered would fit through door. He and his crew did a great job, cleaned up nicely. Will definitely use Malosh services again."

"Obviously, we would not have had Marty continue to work on our houses unless we were extremely happy with his work. We have worked with a number of other contractors for painting, new or remodeled decks, vinyl siding, brick repair, etc. Some were good, some were awful, some were so-so, but none exhibited the degree of professionalism, attention to quality and responding to the needs of the customer that Marty has provided for the work on our homes. The first of the two major renovations Marty did was extensive remodeling in 2012 of a 2000sf ranch home (with a 560sf addition where he installed new carpeting). In the 2000sf main house, Marty completely renovated the kitchen and main bath, framed in seven large closets, constructed a new master bath, installed new flooring, doors and molding, brought in a roofer who did a great job, and did it all with excellent quality and in a timely fashion. The other major renovation was remodeling of a large finished basement, which was just completed in August 2017: Marty remodeled or completely installed: The modest bar area into a full kitchen, a beautiful new full tiled bathroom, a new bedroom with egress window, and a new exercise room. This job involved extensive electrical and plumbing work, and it was so well done even the building inspectors were impressed. Again, Marty did the work with very good quality and in a very timely fashion. He also worked well coordinating his work with our heating contractor (who installed a hot water boiler and seven radiators), and was very patient even though the heating contractor did not work in timely fashion. You can't go wrong hiring Marty! We already have another smaller project we would like him to do and are on his waiting list to get that done. Note: The cost noted below is for the extensive basement remodeling, including electrical and plumbing, and all building permits."

"We hired Aden and his crew to install two windows near our kitchen on a wall that previously hadn’t had any. Aden patiently worked with us to find a solution within our budget and began work ONE DAY after signing the contract—well ahead of the timeline we had expected. From start to finish, he was responsive, accommodating, and enthusiastic about our vision. We are quite pleased with his work and would not hesitate to contact him again for future projects!"

"I called HandyPro a few times for different tasks around the house including painting work. They fixed each in a timely manner, were neat, professional and easy to work with. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them!"

"He came even on a Sunday in a short notice. Completed the work in quick time with utmost professionalism. Highly recommend him. I will hire him again for any of my future work,"

"Phil and the entire crew were excellent from start to finish. They are true professionals, with great attention for details. Our project was extensive with several stages, but Phil kept in close contact with us the entire time. Always easy to reach, attentive, and quick to respond to our questions or ideas. The team from Paintworks, their painting company made our walls look perfect. Every person that worked in our home was professional, kind and felt like family by the end. Every day ended with a clean-up of the entire work space. They cared for and respected our home like it was their own. We cannot say enough good things about Swartz Builders and Paintworks. We highly recommend them and we will call upon them again in the future for other projects. Our home is absolutely beautiful and we are proud to have friends come over!"
