Also went out of his way to help me remove a screen door, so the refrigerator that was being delivered would fit through door. He and his crew did a great job, cleaned up nicely. "Aaron from Swartz came out and took a look at our master bathroom remodel.  He gave us a ball park estimate that we liked and we decided to proceed with a full detailed bid on the project. 
Aaron set up a day and time for all of his trades to come out and look at the project and submit bids.
The following week we received a very detailed 5 page estimate for the project where Aaron outlined all work to be done and the cost for labor and materials for each trade.  Unfortunately in our case his final bid was higher than his ballpark estimate.
We really appreciated Aaron and his professionalism.  His prices are fair and quite competitive compared to other general contractors in the area.
Due to budget constraints we're moving forward and contracting all the work ourselves.  It is not our preferred outcome since we would have loved to work with Swartz and have them take care of the project for us.   We do plan to have them bid on future projects.
