Power Control Electric, LLCAdam was a nice person however there were multiple issues missed. Broken floor joists, mold in the attic and crawl space. Furnace was 32 years old not 13 like he stated in his report. He stated joists had water spots and evidence of rot, they are broken and need immediate replacement....
