After After 6 weeks of horrible communication I still have no tub I followed up with a certified hot tub tech who informed me that due to the fact my hot tub is sunken into the floor there is no access to the control box. You CANNOT change out a heater without access to this box. Pool 2 Perfection should have known this. They never should have charged me for parts that are not properly connected to the control box because they will never work. Now I an out $855 and still have a non-functioning hot tub. He does not know what he is doing and should have never agreed to service the Hot Tub. Now he will not even respond to me. I offered to pay the service call and he can come and get his part that is of no use to me."

"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"
