Such build-up will, over time, break down and cause damage to wood/masonry and degrade paint/stains. You can expect a response the same business day. He came and evaluated the project, was prompt to submit an estimate, and scheduled for only 2 weeks out. He and his crew arrived on time ( actually early) and got right to work. They were professional, attentive to detail, and exacting in their work. Our house looks like it got a face lift! They have a niche business in restoring log homes for sure! We have already scheduled him to wash our deck and pole barn. We cannot stress how pleased we are with Chris and his crew's work!"
