"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."

"North Star was hired for front and back yard landscaping. Darren does the design, estimates and project management, his wife Bernice handles the rest of business duties. They were both wonderful and I was impressed with the great suggestions and recommendations. They also arranged laborers to install the outdoor fireplace, masonry hardscape walkways and patios, landscape flora and plantings suggested. The laborers were competent and skilled at what they were doing. We are very satisfied with their beautiful work."

"Had a very good experience, Randy did a excellent job fixing my fence, very nice and pleasant man, I highly recommend him."

"Friendly and on time for appointments. Did an outstanding job powerwashing and staining my large deck. They also went out of their way to make sure the extra repairs needed were done correctly. I have had nothing but compliments on the change in the appearance of my deck."

"I was very much impressed with the installers and their work. They left the place cleaner when the left than when they found it. They also put in a patio cover for me and they did great on that also!"

"They did a great job. Repaired drywall, painted and did some carpentry repair on baseboards. Good communication and use of time. Thank you!"

"The agent that met with us was friendly and easy-going. He never pushed us to make a decision. When we were ready to buy, he found a financer even when our credit score was low. The customer service rep built a personal relationship with us and helped anytime we had a problem or concern. The installation team was fast and was working when the temperature was 3 degrees and the windchill was -11. They had our patio enclosure built in 3 days. It is a trustful company to hire and work with."
