"Joe was very professional.  It was a busy time of the year and rain delayed the project a bit, but he was willing to answer calls and discuss tentative dates.  The patio is beautiful and his crew cleaned up nicely.  I would highly recmommend him, as his price point was much better than competitors.

"I recently had my 2 rental home's exterior painted by Levi and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. Levi's communication was outstanding, and he kept me informed every step of the way. He delivered an exceptional value, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. My homes look fantastic, and I have received so many compliments on the fresh new look. I highly recommend Levi for all of your painting needs without reservation. Five stars!""

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.

Common materials include wood, vinyl, and metal. Wood offers a classic look, while vinyl and metal are low-maintenance options.

Clean regularly, seal wood surfaces, and inspect for damage or rust to ensure longevity and safety.

The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.
