"Charged double the original estimate to *prep brick* so the job would be durable and the paint would not fail. Brick started bleeding through less than a year after job was completed. Refuses to stand by warranty which was clearly listed on their website. Would never ever recommend them for any type of service. If you are unfortunate enough to hire them, be warned and keep track of how many people are on site and for how long."

They responded quickly, made an appt. with a half hour window, showed up on time, provided a thorough solution to our water damage/rodent problem, gave us a reasonable written estimate then banged out the job on-time a few days later. "Please delete previous review This is my new one. UPDATE 3: When customer tells that the door is improperly installed believe them instead of defending the installer. I was present on original door installation that took 7 hours! If the door had been properly shimmed, squared, and leveled we would have not had to have the same installer come and spend 2 more hours trying to fix it! I do not care that the installer puts in 30 doors a month! He needs re training! And to call me and threat me with a legal letter if I do not fix my Angi's review is outrageous! The installer comes out with a terrible attitude, gets frustrated and tells me it's my walls, it my windows. He is there to fix my door and not give me an attitude and tell me its something else to avoid fixing the door. The original door was old and never leaked . We just wanted a new door without a window. You care move about your reviews and profit than believing your customers. I will not fix this review. You owe me an apology ! Original installed in March 2022. UPDATE 2: The company immediately respond to the issues of door leakage. Came out reinsulated with foam around frame, had to shim the door to the frame again and adjusted threshold. I hope this fixes the cold air leaks. UPDATE 1: This company gave me a warranty certificate stating it was manufactured in Indiana. We were having severe leakage of cold air. So, we were checking the model. My husband went on the very top to put weather stripping around the door. On top of the door it shows TAYLOR DOOR MADE in West Branch,Michigan. I had difficulty communicating with the installer. The door is definitely improperly installed. It is under warranty and I hope they fix my door. This door has manufacturers label on the top of the door Taylor Entrance Systems, 631 N. First Street, West Branch, Michigan with a manufacturers date stamp 1/28/2022 at 11:07. This door leaks lots and lots and lots of cold air the way around the door. It is not insulated or properly installed. The threshold has wind blowing fiercely at the threshold."
