"This is quite a colorful review! Please allow me to respond with accurate information so any potential/future customers get the facts. The work was completed in October of 2019 (a year ago), paid us in full at time of service and we were never informed there was a problem. We would have addressed any concerns immediately but were never contacted. Here is a complete list of what we did: We did several drywall repairs to the ceiling Paint ceiling Fix a door Scrape and re-caulk a bathtub Walk through home with customer and consult/advise on several repairs and concerns. We charge by the hour for handyman projects including consulting. We understand that hiring a contractor to do repairs that you yourself may be able to accomplish with the right guidance may save you not only time but money. We're happy to help with that, anytime, and with any customer. It is always our goal to do our best to satisfy every customer but understand sometimes, that's just not possible."

"It isn't often we get negative reviews but feel we need to clarify some facts not mentioned in the review above. We replaced a shower cartridge on 12/11/2017. The customer informed us that there was a drip/leak coming from the faucet. Once we received his message we tried to set up an appointment to come back but the customer did not respond. We tried to contact this customer several times but still did not receive a response. In some cases a piece of sediment from the water line (incoming from the city water supply) can lodge itself in the cartridge and cause a drip which is what we think happened. In some cases the sediment dislodges itself or gets blown out and then the leak stops. We assumed that that must be the case since we never received a call back. We sent a very detailed letter asking why he never contacted us to discuss his concerns and if we needed to come back and make it right, we would. We did everything on our end to correct this error and we're sorry this was an unpleasant experience for this customer. We perform thousands of repairs every year and there's always a chance something might not go as planned but we always offer to make it right with our customers- Always."
