They addressed areas that had been neglected by the franchise company and also redid areas that had been poorly treated. The team truly cared about my home and level of satisfaction. They took on tough projects including complex shower tile and brought high-end chemicals to deep clean and improve the appearance. They were affectionate with my cat (which means a ton!) and extremely laid back when she ran across the freshly mopped floor (lol).
