We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. They explained all they had done and how each control worked. And best of all, they left the basement super clean after the work was done. Well done, guys, and well done FSM. "I had several rod holes that were leaking and a crack that went from a window to the floor. The Rod holes were identified and sealed up.The crack was ground out and epoxy applied plus a few carbon fiber staples across the crack for extra stability. After they torture tested it with water spraying from the outside and waited around. From this we spotted one minor rod hole issue and it was quickly addressed.
The Tuck Point Job was to address a crack forming on the mortar of the brick on the exterior. They ground out the old mortar and put fresh mortar back in. Looks like it matches quite well.
Overall I'm pleased with the work that was done and I'd recommend them to anyone. This job was probably a very minor one for these guys but I'm sure they can handle some of the tougher jobs.
