"Highly recommend Andrew...during my original estimate call he took the time to explain his process and his quote was very competitive.
There were two cracks in the foundation in a spare room (we live in a quad, the room was half underground). Andrew filled/sealed both cracks using a high pressure polyurethane injection and about 6 rod holes that were leaking when it rained. Andrew also re-enforced the cracks. Was very thorough, even testing with letting the hose run on the sides of the house where the cracks were.

"Washer and dishwasher both drain through this line.  Had started to notice some backup into laundry sink when dishwasher running.  Was doing laundry one day at same time  dishwasher draining and the sink totally backed up--nothing would drain.  Emptied water from sink and could see nothing blocking.  Called and they scheduled to come out promptlly.  Using cleanout, the technician snaked the line well past the next drain connection.  Problem solved and things have been draining well since.  Technician was knowledgeable and offered advice about the drains and usage given the type of pipes and their age.  This was about the 3rd time we've used this service for some drain and they've always been prompt and helpful.
Should note that the Dearborn company address shouldn't prevent people from calling--I'm over an hour away from Dearborn and no problem getting service.  I believe they have technicians throughout the area.

"I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."

"I live in Grand Blanc. I googled best plumbers in my area. Instead of choosing a very well co. in my city which I thought was very pricey I chose Edwards Plumbing & Heating. I saw good reviews. Scott who lives in Grand Blanc arrived with two msgs. that he would arrive shortly. Service was excellent. Scott was very professional, knowledgable & quick to replace my garbage disposal explaining everything, even giving tips to stop things from falling into it accidentally He checked my hose to the dishwasher to make sure it was not clogged. Put water in it to make sure it would drain. The dishwasher had an error msg. & had been running for 20 hrs. I'm elderly & couldn't risk going down in the basement. Thank God he shut the power off & advised me to check my warranty & call an appliance repair person. I' m very happy they give a senior disc. I will definitely recommend Edwards Plumbing & Heating to all my family & friends in Grand Blanc. I did get a more powerful disposal than what I had. So I was satisfied with the cost of Installation & discounts knowing Scott really went the extra mile in helping an elderly person out."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
