"Brent explained how the leveling process worked, which was much more involved than I thought. He advised me as to how leveling slab-A might affect slab-B, so we could decide exactly how to approach the job. As the work progressed, he leveled a couple other slabs free of charge, for a better result.
He ran into a problem with a small slab under a step, but took his time, and did the best he could. 
He, and his partner, were professional and courteous, taking time to assess how each slab might affect the next one. They cleaned up the mess very well before they left, and never gave me the impression that they were only concerned about how quickly they could finish and leave.
They're pricing was much better than two other quotes, and their salesman seemed more willing to help me decide which slabs to level without running up the cost.

"I contacted them in 2015 for a quote and never got around to getting the work done. When the floor got worse and I could see into my basement under the adjoining room, I called them back up. They were prompt and honored their previous quote with minimal inflation. My floor was bad. It had settled as much as 2 ft in some places. It took two separate pumping sessions to lift my floor back to level. I am extremely pleased with the work that was completed and I will not hesitate to contact them again if needed."

Justin was very detailed in making sure the floor was leveling properly, the gaps were filling in correctly, and that the leveling mixture was mixed appropriately. He showed me all the steps and why they were doing them. The reason I rated them good was because the cleanup could have been much better. They basically just washed out their wheelbarrows with the leftover concrete onto my front lawn. And the one helper spent most of the day wasting my water by spraying down the driveway to allegedly clean it, but it really didn't end up clean at all. "After looking at our two repair jobs, Nosh explained in detail the work he proposed to do and the cost for each.  He discussed the options with us for fixing the front porch brick, and we agreed with his recommendation to replace all of the bricks rather than a piecemeal brick by brick replacement (about half of the bricks were bad).  Nosh impressed us with his knowledge and professional manner, so we decided to have him do the work. 
Nosh started in immediately, going to three different brick sources until he found bricks that would be a close match to the bricks on our house.  He started work on the porch promptly the next morning, arriving early in the morning and working until late afternoon when it started to rain.  He returned early again the next day and finished the chimney late that afternoon.  When working on the chimney, he had planned to replace 5 or 6 courses of bricks on the chimney, but found he had to go down about 9 courses instead (he had to buy additional bricks to complete the job).  He did not charge for the extra bricks or additional labor.  He also discovered a cracked section of flue, which he replaced for only the wholesale cost of the flue liner.  He also replaced one brick on the front of the house that had cracked, and again didn't charge for the extra work.
We are very pleased with the final result.  Nosh did excellent work, and clearly takes great pride in doing a quality job.  He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and when he finds additional unforeseen issues, he corrects them to make it right (the cracked flue liner is a great example).  He leveled a section of concrete sidewalk in front of the porch, and reset and secured the concrete step up to the porch at no extra charge.  He took the time to find the right bricks to match the bricks from 2 decades ago used on our brick house - you'd never notice the bricks had been replaced.  Plus he's a fun guy to talk to.
