The job was quite a challenge as the house is quite old but Barney's crew was unfazed. The house has undergone a complete transformation from a "renters special" to a gorgeous Craftsman bungalow. "Their quality of work was great......As far as their customer service...I have another small deck that I need refinishing but wasn't ready while they were doing the large deck and stairs. I had new metal railings and post sleeves installed. I have repeatedly called and left messages with no callback. I did get through once but and spoke to Jake but he never touched base with me again. Also they say that a $25 gas card will be given to a paid in full job. The job was paid and no gas card. They said it would be mailed. I'm still waiting...Overall they did a good job but their customer service could be better."
