CLOSET CONCEPTS INC

Desiigner came out to measure space . We talked through some different layouts and then I emailed her a design that a competitor had done. She said she could do that same design. I told the designer that closet wasn't square and the response was they would fix that on site. Closet installers came to install on date agreed upon and on time. Closet was made on site and boards were cut on back of truck. Had a lot of other contractors in the house while they were installing and I didn't get a chance to look at it until later that night. I was very disappointed in the craftsmanship. Big gaps against walls, chewed up seams where the boards were cut on site, caulk where boards were chipped and split boards from where they screwed them into the above support pieces. After four trips out closet was finally acceptable to me. I am very picky and the closes they did in the last house we owned were perfect. I am not sure why this small closet was such a difficult job.

I would highly recommend them as they did a wonderful job. If there is anything else I need done I will definitely have them come back and do it. Overall, they worked good, it didn't take them very long and I really like their service.

THEY DID A SUPER JOB OF REPAIRING AND REMODELING MY CLOSETS. THE CLOSETS REALLY NEEDED THE WORK DONE AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I LIKE MY NEW CLOSETS WHOLE LOT.
