Throughout the estimate process, we changed a number of things along the way and Jake was very prompt in adjusting the estimate to the revised work. When he started to do the install, he explained several options for certain things such as the size of the niche and he adjusted his layout accordingly. We wanted a glass tile mosiac running from floor to ceiling at the valve and showerhead. He scalloped the edges of the tile rather than cutting the glass. It is magnificant. We had purchased an expensive glass shower door from Your Shower Door a couple of years before and hoped to use it in the new shower. Jake worked with that company to get the specs of the opening exact so that the door reinstalled perfectly. He knows all the latest materials, procedures and techniques. He worked on Saturday and Sunday in order to complete the job in a very timely manner. Cleanup was meticulous. A true professional. PS - when Your Shower Door came to reinstall their product, they were so impressed with the scalloped wall tile, they had to take a picture of it for future reference."

The following work was completed: replaced damaged insulation, demo and removal of old carpet and wainscoting, patched/replaced sections of drywall, walls painted, Coretec flooring installed, touch-ups on trim. J&M came in and removed the wall, installed a support beam, and finished the project so the two rooms looked like they had always been a single room.
