I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

We are aging and decided it was time for a walk in shower so naturally we called the people we knew would do a good job. Cindy came out gave us a quote and offered many options. We booked that day. Installation was amazing. Frank and Devin went to work immediately, put things down to keep dust, dirt etc at a minimum and they worked well together. They answered our questions along the way. I can't say enough about working with this company. Megan kept us updated and checked to ensure our satisfaction. Great company and people to work with."
