Small jobs welcome

"I was very pleased with the blown fiberglass insulation they installed in my attic. It's a nice, clean job with quality insulation. I had 5 quotes from companies and this was by far the best value for the job."

"We received a quote on insulation and he gave excellent advice regarding what type of insulation we actually needed. He gave advice on some things that he found that were done incorrectly in our attic. He said our house would stay cooler longer during the day and he was exactly right about that. We would highly recommend WBI to everyone!"

"Ryan Swan and his crew were very professional, efficient, dependable, trust worthy and friendly. Due to water damage to my walls this past winter, I needed new insulation and dry wall and of course painting done. They also cleaned out and repaired my gutters to my satisfaction. I'm extremely pleased with all the work done and plan on using them for more jobs in the very near future."

Water heater blanket prices range from $20 to $40 on average, though you typically won’t need to spend more than $30 for all the tools and materials required for installation—which include the blanket itself, heavy-duty scissors, and electrical tape. Blankets with higher R-values will also be slightly higher in price.

In fact, ductless mini-split AC systems are a solid alternative to central AC for situations when you can’t install ducts in your home. If you’re looking for a more budget-friendly cooling solution, consider using window AC units or portable air conditioners.

An insulated garage door is a great long-term investment if it’s within your budget. They save energy and give the door year-round usability. In other words, the door pays for itself after a few nasty winters. Most modern garage doors already have a fair amount of insulation, so look into those options if you don’t feel comfortable splurging.

Drywall insulation costs around $1,800, on average, but prices can range from $500 to $4,500, depending on a few different factors. The following things are important considerations to make when pricing out your insulation project:
