"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Mattson's refinished our floors approximately 3 years ago and we are still loving our wood floors. We tried to do it ourselves and discovered how hard this was really was. They came in and fixed all of our work and made it look like new. It was not an easy job with hallways, bathroom, and kitchen but their team came in and did a great job. We had another contractor that would not do the job due to all the corners and smaller areas. They custom colored the stain to give us what we wanted. We have recommended Matton's to coworkers and friends and they also had a great experience. We recently had a small water issue and Justin came over the same day I called and looked at it and gave us a couple of options. I would highly recommend Mattson's for any flooring or refinishing work."
