For repair and handyman work, the billing is as follows: Service charge :$40 -Covers cost of travel, tools, and general supplies. Hourly rate: $60 - Half hour Minimum, 15 minute intervals afterwards. Materials - Cost of supplies specific to job Any contracting services will be subject to bid.
