Tree removal went fine and stump was cut flush to the ground -- no issues. The bigger, long walnut logs were not chipped but were stacked near the street for removal the next morning (which was not a problem). Of three quotes, Chamberlain was by far the lowest. Some of the companies contacted indicated they could get money for walnut logs to reduce the cost of the removal. Chamberlain insurance company provided proof of insurance when requested. Chamberlain accepted personal check for full payment after job was completed.

It was amazing to see the teamwork of this crew and the owner. They worked non-stop. Cut down and removed everything with no problems or issues. Very professional, strong, friendly, and knowledgeable about how to drop large trees without doing any damage. Asked if they had done everything we wanted before they left. Cleaned everything up; you wouldn't have known they were here except we got rid of those unwanted trees/branches. I had 5 different companies come out and give us a quote. They were the best priced considering what we had to have done and their experience in doing this type of work. AMAZING! Definitely would hire them again. 100% satisfied.

Bob was the most reasonable price I found. When he was done, the job was as I expected; all trees and branches removed from the property. Bob has removed trees for one of my friends with similar results. He is very busy, and your appointment may be pushed out farther than you would expect. It will be worth it.

It went ok.. although people get busy but it takes to many calls out to get one back in. I’m not happy with that. I’m looking at a hill of mulch from a tree stump and I don’t know when or if they’ll be coming back to remove it. I got a GREAT price but I also remember my dad said you get what you pay for son.!! God rest his soul.

"[Member Name Removed], you probably shouldn’t be leaving a bad review if you’re not paid in full. I told you I was a month out when I bid your job. You asked me if I could speed it up and get it done within two weeks because of some construction project you were doing in your back yard. I said yes and I did cut the tree down and grind the stump within that two weeks and it was completed before your project was scheduled to begin. You’re also the only customer all year that asked me if you could pay $1000 when I cut the tree down and then give me $400 a month for the next two months until the $800 balance is paid off for a total of $1800 for the entire job. I said yes to that. I gave you a great price, I worked around your schedule by completing the job right away and I even agreed to a payment plan. If you look at the work estimate that I gave you, you can clearly see that I did exactly what I said I was going to do and on time. I cut the tree down and I ground the stump. Just because you called fifteen times, that doesn’t change anything. You do get what you pay for in life, you’re just not quite paid in full yet."

Jib went very well. There were some delays because of weather and current health concerns, but once vendor came out, it was done quickly and satisfactorily. They even cleaned up all of the debris left from leaves, tree limb cuttings and broken branches. On top of that he even examined other tree conditions and gave a few fair estimates. Very much appreciated.

Bob was on the job site the total time; this ensured the requested work was done properly. (Unlike other tree companies we have hired.) Fantastic Professional work. They could not reach a few branches for removal but will return and remove them in the fall. We also discussed another fall job. Looking forward to having Bob and professional crew back onsite this Fall.

Do not look any further! This company is Perfect! Very Professional and courteous service. Did exactly what we discussed, price was very reasonable and cleaned up very well before leaving. I received an estimate and 6 days later was receiving a phone call stating they could do the job in about 45 minutes; it was a grand surprise. Bob and 3 others came in and removed the trees and cleaned the debris prior to leaving. They came back two days later to grind the stumps, of which took no time at all (again, removing all debris and cleaning up the area). The work was done in a timely manner and I would certainly hire this company and recommend to any other. Note that they do only accept cash(or cheque) which could be an inconvenience to some - very reasonable estimate, professional, timely, and overall terrific!

Due to an accident earlier in the year, I was staying with my family away from home. I managed to conduct the entire tree removal process by email. Robert stopped by my house, surveyed the problem, emailed me a quote, and gave me a time frame in which he could complete the job. He was as good as his word. Within a few days of contacting me, the tree was down, and he photographed before and after pictures and emailed them to me. Even though I have actually never met the gentleman in person, I would still say, based on the tone and content of his emails, that he is personable, thorough, and very accommodating. I would certainly hire him again.

Bob Chamberlain is one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with! I called for a quote and he returned my call the same day and was out to quote within 48 hours. He had to work around a fence tear down and was very accommodating, he even changed up his schedule so he could work around my and my fence guys schedule. Would definitely recommend his services

Bob and his crew came out in a timely manner and cut down our huge tree in the front yard. We had roots spreading out over our entire lawn. When he ground down the stump, he also ground down the roots. He was able to do an additional job in our backyard which involved cutting our fence and removing a tree that had wound it's way around the chains. When he was cleaning up all of the mess, he discovered that the stump needed to be ground down a bit more so our yard will be nice and flat with the new soil and seed. It was a huge stump and our ground is pretty uneven. He's coming back in a bit to grind it down. I appreciate that he wanted to do the job correctly, even if it meant he had to bring back his equipment. My neighbors even commented on how hard everyone was working.

I have used Chamberlain before for clearing out a spruce that uprooted in a storm. They did s great job with both removal and the lean up after . On time, reliable and friendly service. For the 2nd time around it was an Asian pear branch.

Bob and his team took care of everything. He was punctual and very reasonable compared to other quotes. The team was professional and respectful of our property and took great care on cleaning up debris. We are now considering having some rather large dying trees removed from further back and, if we decide to go ahead, we will certainly use Chamberlain again!
